Went to look at a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio they had advertised on their website. During the test drive, the car had multiple error messages on the dash relating to the land keep assist, auto high beam and front camera not working. Salesperson said they would fix it no problem as they are part of Autonation! Great I said! Turns out all they can do is make an appointment for me to the nearest Alfa dealer, and any fix is on my dime. Run, don't walk away from this dealer..

My wife and I had to take our 2018 C-class 300 Sedan to a Mercedes dealership for maintenance in San Jose as we just relocated from Los Angeles. Our service technician Jose Arellano was very courteous upon arrival and explained the process very throughly as we don’t know very much about cars. We didn’t know how we would fair at a new dealership but Jose’s support and knowledge of our vehicle along with giving us a detailed report of what would be done was done in such a professional manner. Jose’s attitude was very positive as he is very friendly as he went above and beyond and even provided his cell phone number just in case we had any questions or concerns. Our visit to Mercedes of San Jose was 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for a new service location. When we received our car back it looks very much like the day that we purchased it and we are extremely happy with the service that we received and will return for any issue on our vehicle.

I Hope #Mercedes and #DMV should find out tge the mental health of this driver - the way he’s driving, changing lanes only to irritate the drivers behind. He’s afraid to let anyone pass, not sure why. And I was surprised that there was no police on duty during the rush hour. Alhamdulillah I turned on the right blinker before the I-680S ramp which made him took a sharp turn towards right. And I was free of such psychos. I’d have been afraid if he had taken the North ramp. So please #Meecedes and #DMV help this man who’s suffering from severe mental illness!

My experience at Auto Nation was amazing! Usually When you buy a car that’s how you’re experience should be in my opinion and nothing less if you ask me and mine was nothing but that! Truly one of a kind, from the moment I got a hold of somebody to getting there personally, they helped me obtain the car that I wanted no matter what! They transferred it right on time. They were all awesome really helpful and patient as well they worked with me on something that evenly fits us both. Huge s/o the Sean the sales manager for making all this happen and also my sales agent Luis for taking his time with us as well and being on top of everything and Kamal from the finance department for being patient and reasonable and honest about everything. I Would definitely recommend Mercedes on Capitol Expressway to everyone who is looking for a car or specific car they will get you right! No questions asked. The customer service is A1 and their car lot is incredible! Killer. 10 out of 5 stars!

We recently had our RV (chassis) serviced at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose. By far the most influential aspect of the service experience is the service advisor you are assigned. We were lucky enough to get Joshua Delgado. With the large number of transactions service centers need to process, I was prepared to be treated with haste and as yet another customer that needed to be "processed". But from the moment Joshua approached me, to the moment he offered me his personal cell phone number so I could stay in touch with him, to the moment he genuinely thanked me for working with him to get our RV serviced, I felt like I mattered and that the service that Mercedes was performing on our RV mattered to HIM. The service was performed on time and within expected budget. But the icing on the cake was Joshua. If all service businesses were staffed with Joshuas, we'd all look forward to these experiences instead of seeing them as something akin to going to the dentist (sorry dentists!).

They provide AutoNation multi-point inspection report when buying used car but do go through it and check everything before buying because things that should work as per the report did not work for me but I only realized that after taking the car home. At this point the Sales manager Emad and Sean are not longer interested in fixing anything. They said its a used car and things are just wear and tear but hey your inspection report says it should work! So take their report with a grain of salt and check everything yourself. Also the Honda car they sold me has A135 service due which costs between $300-500. I think they do offer 5 day return policy which I signed at time of purchase but they did not provide a copy of it with the purchase contract so make sure to ask for it when you sign the finance docs.

I can’t say enough good things about MBSJ and their staff. I appreciate their organization when you drive in and there’s someone there to help you to your advisor and communication when the advisors are helping other customers. Even when picking up a courtesy vehicle, the process was simple and they were quick to get you on your way. My advisor was Christopher Hitchcock. While the part that was needed for the recall was backordered, he was still communicating with me on the status of that part and when it came into their shop. I had another issue that the technician had found once that recall was done and Christopher had advised me of how the warranty policy on the recall could help save money. Great service, kind staff.

We visited this dealership recently and had a very lovely experience. From initial greeting, to showing the vehicle, test drive, and the entire process of paper work, and completing all the formalities were nicely taken care off. They explained everything at each stage, and walked us through the process. Staff here does care about the people who visit here to look and buy cars and show genuine care. Alvin helped us with vehicle as the sales person, and the Store manager Kevin both were super helpful. My wife and I were looking to trade in are C-class for a GLC but we’re have issues finding one with all the features we wanted. Luckily Mercedes-Benz of San Jose had what we were looking for. Muhammad was are sales agent and I can‘t say enough about our experience with him and his colleagues. I already had a vehicle in mind showing up but Muhammad was sure to show me all their inventory that matched what I was looking for to make sure we were certain before making a decision. Muhammad was quick to answer all of our questions as well he made sure to find out the correct answers to anything he was unsure of, was very careful not to give wrong information. Which I really appreciated. We ended up trading in my C-class that night even though we were not prepared for the trade as we still had our dash camera wired in as well as some aftermarket upgrades I was wanting to keep. Everyone was more than accommodating and very understanding as they let me know they would have one of their technicians remove anything I needed as long as I had the original OEM parts to replace the aftermarket equipment. They worked with my schedule as it was about 5 days later till I could drive back to San Jose. I was able to communicate with Muhammad my schedule and they made sure to work around me, even after the sale they went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. Has not been my experience after the sale has been completed for the sales team or the sales manager to continue to accommodate their customers needs. It’s hard to find great service like I experienced here. I highly recommend you talk to Muhammad at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose if your looking to purchase a vehicle. We live 3 hours away but will be purchasing from here again. Night and day difference from my purchase of my C-class at Mercedes-Benz Belmont.

I had an absolute great experience with Will. I went to the Mercedes of San Francisco and they wouldn't even acknowledge me and my bf. When I came to San Jose Will was the first one to come speak to us as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. We didn't buy the day of and he still was keeping us updated on the Inventory weeks after of being at the dealership. I don't normally post reviews but for his consistency and constant follow ups I felt like it was much needed. Purchased 2020 S560 Certified Pre Owned. During car prep prior to driving home the Carpets were removed and not replaced. Have tried repeatedly to get this issue resolved. I received All Weather Mats that were part of the transaction, but Parts Department will not send the original carpet mats. Feels like dealership does not care much what happens post sale. Any one purchasing from this dealership should keep that in mind. Update - Kevin, Sales Manager, is addressing the issue and the carpet mats are being sent. I will update my rating to 5 stars since this was my major issue.

The person that served us was very nice but I think he could improve in the knowledge about the car and sharing this with us. As an example we liked a car and we were ready to buy, but when we checked the online page that evening, we saw exactly the same car (same model, same colour inside and outside, very similar features, a bit more mileages) at a cheaper price. When we asked about the difference between the 2 cars, we didn't get a clean answer. I didn't like the way there are so many hidden costs. There was a lot added to the cost displayed. As well, the person doing the finances, was trying to sell us more service packages and insurances. Overall a good experience, that can be improved. Customer service and the facilities are good, but the buying process is painful. We went over 3 times in 3 different days and on the first day we were there for 5-6 hours waiting ... not sure for what as the process for me wasn't transparent.

I was blown away by the excellent level of customer care the service department demonstrated in my particular situation. I pulled in unannounced on a Friday afternoon expecting little yet hoping for much needed help. David listened and asked me to wait a minute or two then came right back and said Anthony could possibly help me. Anthony Lorenzo stepped up and took such great care and I was out of there in less than an hour! Impeccable example of problem solving and customer service. I am sure it helped that I treat folks nice and don’t expect much these days yet all too often customers simply get blown off when they bring a square peg/round hole issue to the fore and ask for help. Expensive and ineffective. They were not able to figure out the problem after 5 hours of diagnosis and potential $275 fee. The problem with the trunk lock never got resolved and I left though not charged. Later I went to a locksmith who just showed me how to use the key properly for free. The experts at the dealership did not know how their own car’s trunk mechanism.

Mercedes Benz of SJ is a great place to take your car for any kind of repair/ issue. I got my car from the MB of Stevens Creek and I was so disappointed with the Sales Rep and his unavailability to provide any assistance / respond to queries after the purchase. I was so annoyed and never went back. Later I had to get some repair works done and my tire pressure constantly kept dropping and that's when I reached out to David Truong from San Jose, he came across as an excellent advisor. He also helped get my tire pressure corrected and assisted in getting the trunk opener repaired. He did it with ease and a smile. MB of SJ also gave my car a wash and tires a shine after the repair work, which was an amazing complimentary service to provide to a new customer. Thank you David and team for reinstating customer service levels.

Great example of bad dealership. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve been calling and texting them about a specific car for two weeks. Mohammed from the sales team kept telling me that the car is not ready because their tech was working on it “changing filters”. Finally, after two weeks he told me that the car would be ready on Friday. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning to see it. On Friday evening he texted me that the car had been sold. I’ve been constantly following up with him, and he didn’t even bother to tell me that there’s another person interested. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

I wanted to take a moment to share my genuine experience with MB of San Jose! I had been asking about the GLC 300 and the team followed through to find me the best match (way beyond my expectations :). The Director of the service department should invest some time money and effort in customer service training! If you want a business professional that provides a decent customer experience please stay away from this location. He is rude and uncaring and certainly doesn’t know how to represent the Mercedes brand. When trying to explain a very humiliating experience I had with the roadside assistance, the least I was expecting was a genuine apology on behalf of The Mercedes brand, and instead I got”oh that’s not us, that’s roadside assistance with Mercedes Corp! When I asked how I can get in touch with then to place a complaint, he said he did not have the number and his employee standing in the same office said “oh you can find their number online”! Apparently there is NO brand loyalty at this location!

I went to Mercedes Benz of San Jose for my yearly maintenance service. My service advisor was Joshua Delgado. He is a nice guy. Josh found the issue on my tires due to the misaligned front shaft. After the service, I can feel the difference while I am driving. He answered all my questions about the maintenance report but also pricing. He thoughtfully explained all the details from the report, every single item. I already set up the appointment for the next maintenance under his name. I highly recommend him.

I asked for a loaner i was told we don't have any. I asked for a shuttle ride sorry don't have it now. I asked to Lyft ride like other Mercedes dealers do. Sorry we don't. I started coming here a while back because the service at the Steven's Creek dealership was SO bad. And it used to be great here at MB of SJ. However, this most recent visit was not good. They kept my van all day for a recall, just to tell me it didn't need anything and they didn't do anything. Which, fine, I knew that was a possibility, BUT they also asked me if I wanted them to wash it, which I indicated for sure I did. Since I was going to have to pay for 2 Ubers and be late to work, I at least wanted a wash out of it. I didn't even get that, nor did the service tech review the invoice with me, did not point out that my van needs new breaks or apologize for not washing my van, which if he had reviewed the invoice, he would have noticed they did not do. He actually did not even notice that they had not done anything about the recall. I pointed that out to him. Not impressed at all.

I have had difficulties with my engine light being on since April of 2022, there were multiple steps done to get where I got this last visit. I want to give a big thank you to Joshua Delgado and Lyndon Devera over at the San Jose dealership on Capitol. Joshua helped to make sure my warranty covered all of the parts that needed to be replaced and Lyndon went the extra mile to get it entirely checked by an engineer and got it thoroughly looked at. He went through many runarounds to get the parts shipped, tons of phone calls and was extremely efficient in communication and made sure it was a job well done. Lyndon was also extremely trustworthy and was very polite and on top of everything!

I purchased my Sprinter, new, from this establishment in 2014. I currently have roughly 112,000 miles on my odometer, which means I recently was in for my 11'th service. I could not be happier with the service I've received from this crew. Bill Beller and the Sprinter mechanic are both consummate professionals. They have been superb at diagnosing, and then fixing the few problems that have cropped up. I am a 62 year old tradesman who's been around the block. It’s a YES, because not many work on SPRINTERS. but NOT impressed. Brought in for RECALL service. They had me for one month out. Assured me it would be done in a few hours. Josh was wonderful, but I had to beg to get it done “while I waited”. Mechanic! Ugh 😣. Stuck “campaign sticker” Willy-nilly on air box. MISSED an existing small power steering hose leak. (I saw it as I changed my tranny fluid- saved $950). If you’re handy- YT is your friend. But Steven’s Creek Benz is… WORSE!.!. FYI: In 50 yrs of a variety of DEALERS, I’ve yet to be impressed with ANY of them- so there. 🤷♂️Toyota, BMW, Dodge, Honda… I find them overpriced, incompetent (the good mechanics leave), clueless, rude and there to SELL CARS..not service them. My advice. Find a good LOCAL mechanic. Warranties are still VALID for service preformed by them. Happy trails. 🌈 {Ps. I would NEVER have posted to FB, I intended to review directly to them but… was NOT given that Option. Hahaha }.

Just walk in to take a look. Had couple of options in my mind. Looking for GLA and CLA which is affordable model. Luis welcomed me and showed us GLC instead and CLA. This place had lot of inventory with GLC and had good promotion. It was too attractive, so I bought and bring the car at the same date. Finance manager offered lower interest rate than what I found. I was advised that my car needed a repair because of a vacuum leak and found there was an internal malfunction with it. I was told that a turbo switching valve is to be replaced because it is broken. After three days of being “fixed”, the check engine light turned on again and it had the very same complaint when I initially brought it there. I was told that I had to pay another diagnostic fee if it is for a different issue even if I have the very same complaint for which I had to fight and was then eventually waived. When they checked the car, they “suggested” another fix with a whopping cost of repair. They did not fix the initial problem I had and now they are saying it has a different diagnosis this time even with the same complaints. They have now “suggested” to replace the electro hydraulic control unit and recheck. Since they did not fix my initial complaint during their first repair and now suggesting another fix for the very same complaint, how are they now sure that replacing this part would fix the problem? Considering the cost of repair is over the top pricey and this is on top of the first repair that I already paid but was never fixed. It’s like they are layering and giving me a piecemeal diagnosis without any guaranteed resolution. So let’s say I agree to get the car fixed again, after how many days, the check engine light goes on again, same complaints, and then I will get another diagnosis even with the same complaint? It’s totally a joke. I had complained to them about my issues and they kept explaining and even told me that I don’t know anything about cars. I even conferred these with other technicians and they agreed of the discrepancies and MB just told me that if these techs are not MB technicians or do not work for MB, then they don’t know what they’re talking about. Well even MB technicians can’t fix my car problem and suggesting different diagnosis each time I come back within days of repairing it? I am very disappointed and stressed. They just put my hard earned money into nothing. My car is still has the same problem and they did NOT fix it.

He helped me diagnosed the issue in my engine and helped me fix it using my warranty, No cost was needed on my side. He was also very good at communicating updates to me while the car is under work. Took My 2022 S580 for the first service , when I went to pick up the car I was told they accidently broke the windshield, They said they are going to order the windshield and will call me to bring the car back. After 2 months of driving a loaner and multiple phone calls to Service Manager , General Manager, Mercedes Customer service Finally today I picked up my car, The service adviser handed me the paper saying " there is No Charge" !!! Really !! They didn't even have the courtesy to wash or clean the windshield, with the suctions marks still on the windshield !!!

Have always gotten the work done within a day or two (mostly due to not having the part in stock at the time). I'm always updated on the status of parts/the vehicle which is nice as well since it's never easy for anyone to leave their car at a place. Of course, another big shout out to Jose, who was my service advisor both times (personally requested him the second time) as I'm sure he made it as smooth as possible and he always remembers my questions/concerns I leave with him at drop-off which he always updates me during the calls.

We had a terrible experience with Mercedes - Benz service in San Francisco, so we decided to use this service centre instead. I called Lyndon for our van maintenance, he was polite and helpful during the setting of the appointment. It was important for us to get the vehicle back as soon as possible. I was told that it would take at least a day to complete the maintenance (many companies say so, but for some reason in reality it takes much longer usually). I had a great experience purchasing a 2022 GLS 450 here recently. My sales guy, Emad was fantastic. Not only was he knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive but he wasn’t pushy in the least. It took me two visits and a couple of days to pull the trigger and I never once felt pressured or rushed. I unfortunately did not have the same experience at other Dealerships even other Merceds ones while figuring out which car would be best for me. I told the service advisor that my car's alternator needed to be changed. They did their own diagnosis, came to the same conclusion and charged me $275 for the diagnosis. They did not grant any credit for this in their labor. $1600 for replacing the alternator (650 for part, rest labor) is outrageous. I was told the car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was told that car wash was yet to be done. I had to wait over 3 hours due to a backup at their car wash. I will never visit this dealer again.

I went for a Service A, and was left very disappointed. The dealership appeared dead, and their business was apparently not going well. While I believe most of it rests on management, and the current state of the economy and the car business, Mercedes-Benz of San Jose appears to have given up everything altogether: - Post-service car wash was a disgrace. My car was left with water spots and streaks all over the windshield - My credit card was charge for the loaner's gas refill although I had completely filled up the loaner - Follow-up phone calls to the Service Department and my advisor were not answered. As none of the people at the Service Department cared to do their work right, I don't see any reasons for me to get my Mercedes serviced there, let alone see it's worth any premium paying for the deteriorating service quality and care. I no longer recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, and won't come back there.

It was an "A" service with windshield wiper replacement and tire pressure fix. Niether of these were fixed. Left multiple messages but no returned call. After second adjustment, tire pressure gauge still shows different pressures with a warning light.

Had me in and out in under a couple hours (diesel vehicles). Price was same as going to local smog shops as was time required. Felt better about taking it to dealer as I do for all my other Sprinter needs. Bill goes out of his way to give you the Mercedes experience you don’t get anywhere else besides Porsche. Only two luxury dealers I’ve seen that understand customer service. If you have a Sprinter, call Bill. He will take care of you and your vehicle.

I had taken the car in March for recall repairs and they were unable to finish because did not have all the parts so after 3 months approx. I got a call to take the car . I got a loaner which was great because the repairs took a week. They told me about an oil leak but I was not worried cause the car had been to the mechanic the week prior for an oil change so I told them to not fix and only do the recall repairs. I was told to pick up the car round 430 and arrived at 5 and proceeded to wait until 545 til they located my car because was still being washed which was a nice gesture on the part of the dealership.

I had the bad experience with sale team in the past. I just had another one with service team last week on 8/12/2022. My car was brought in to have wheel alignment. The steering wheel was not centered after alignment. I called in to raise this issue to the service director and was told to bring the car back on 8/13/2022 at 8:00AM . I brought my car back in the next day and was sent home by the service advisor who was assigned to me on 8/12/2022 because a person did the wheel alignment on my car was not there on that day. He told me to come back on Monday. I brought the car back on Monday (8/15/2022) to fix the wheel alignment issue at 8:20AM. I came back at lunch to get my car. I tested the car and it had the same issue, nothing changed. I asked the service advisor to test the car and he confirmed that the steering wheel was not centered. He told me to come back the next day to talk to his service director on 8/16/2022 (they think that I have nothing to do in my life) I went home and sent an email to service director and service advisor and asked them to give my money back because I was not happy with the outcome of the wheel alignment at Mercedes Benz of San Jose. I got a call back from service advisor after an email was sent. The service advisor told me to bring the back before 4:30PM so they can have a foreman to take a look at it. I drove there again in the same day to have the foreman to look at my car. He tested it and he knew there was something wrong with the wheel alignment. He realigned and made the steering wheel centered. My recommendation is that if the second attempt was not working, the service advisor should not sent a customer home instead of calling a foreman or service director to fix this issue right away. I will never come back there again. Here is the picture of the steering wheel after second alignment. It did not look right.

I do like the service at this dealer, the problem is the communication between AutoNation and the dealer itself. I supposedly call the dealer, but according to the service rep I'm calling a call center in Nevada. It wouldn't be much of an issue if the call center was thorough with the dealer. I came in to have the Hermes module retrofitted. I called the phone number listed on the Google search for this dealer and set up the appointment, they confirmed the module would be there on the appointment date and all is well. Until I arrived at the appointment. The rep might have been having a tough morning, I get it, we all do at times, but the response of my appointment felt short of feeling like an appointment. I was asked "how can I help you?" (Red flag). I said I have an appointment. And the response was that he didn't have any information of why i was there. Also told me that they were going to have to order the module, and that today they were not going to be able to install it until they had the module at the dealer. When I responded with: the person on the phone confirmed the module to be there that day, attitude was present in the rep. Bad day? I can understand. But telling me I should have called them personally was not something I was expecting since I DID call the number listed for that dealer. The rep did apologize for his lack of information and the module was there and he apologized for saying the contrary. All in all, if this rep dealt with a person with anger issues, this would have escalated to a scandalous confrontation. Everything worked out and the module was installed in a timely manner the same day. 4 stars for apology, service and honesty. -1 star for miscommunication.

Brought car (GL550) in for 2 recalls services, and 3 issues (auxiliary battery malfunction, AC and left brake light not working). The recall services were done as promised. It was recommended to purchase auxiliary battery online and self-replaced it. AC and brake light were recommended to replace the whole units on both (which I declined, wanting 2nd opinion since repairs will cost several thousands). On way home, additional warning light shows low tire pressure on 3 tires at 28-29psi - way under the 35-42 recommended, and one tire pressure sensor not working. Something fishy is going on.

We were looking for an all-electric car for driving in town. Found a great deal for a Nissan Leaf at the Mercedes dealer. Told them we would buy it for cash. 3 days later when we came to pick it up it was not ready to go. We feel because the profit was not much for them on a used car the service for us was just not there. Vinny is a great salesman, but the company was lacking in prepping the car after the sale.

However, one thing that disappointed me was how dirty the floor bed was left. I had to go back in and ask for a small whisk broom to clean my Airstream. Bill did come out and cleaned for me. He was absolutely great to work with, very nice to talk to, very helpful, follows-up but doesnt constantly call you (like some other dealerships sales folks). He made my experience buying the vehicle a great one. On the day of the purchase, I told him when I would be coming in, he made sure the vehicle was ready washed and gased up and parked upfront. Once the purchase was complete, he spent time with me going over all the features and even gave me a new USB-C cable to hook up my iphone. This was all done with a smiling face all the time. I would recommend reaching out to him if ever you're in the market for a Mercedes Benz. The finance person, Solma was also very nice, She was not pushy or overbearing and gave me a good price on the ext warranty.

I noticed the exhaust doesn't smoke well, so I would like to make an appoinment in Mercedes-Benz dealers. Some of them have a long appointment waitlist, but Mercedes-Benz of San Jose can make it one week later. So I choose this dealer. The service was nice. After handing over the key, I had a great rest in the guest rest area. It was pretty quite and NOT crowd, so I could work from there. BTW, the coffee machine was great (absolutely free drink)! Finally I was told the exhaust worked well and the little smell might be due to the V8 engine. Also, zero fee.

I arrived at 8am at my scheduled time and the car was taken for the oil change shortly, and I spoke to my advisor about what was needed. Two and a half hours later I decided to check the status of my car since I had no word. I was told all my tires needed replaced (two had been replaced 2-3 years ago) and the check of the AC unit I requested was going to take longer. I was given an approximate finish time of 3pm. I was never offered a loaner car at all so I was stuck walking circles around a car dealership for the day. The only businesses close were a grocery store and a few restaurants. At 1:45 I was told by a Tech that my Advisor had an emergency and had to leave so he was taking over my service, and he would go get a status on my car. He disappeared and 45 minutes later I had to grab someone else to demand a status. By 4pm my car still wasn't done, and no one was telling me anything, and so I walked outside to find my car sitting there locked up. My Tech disappeared altogether and had actually left the dealership apparently. I had to track down my own car key and my own bill. There were things I asked to have checked not on my bill and my bill showed charges I was never told about. I had Hydrogen in my old tires so my old tires had the green lug nuts to represent that. All four BRAND NEW tires have the green lug nuts on them but there was never any discussion of putting Hydrogen in my new tires and nothing on my service bill to indicate why my brand new tires were filled with Hydrogen. Do they or don't they have Hydrogen in them?? If they do then why?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Over 8 hours stuck at a dealership with terrible customer care, and over $2200 later is a terrible experience. I doubt I'll go back.

Very disappointed with MERCEDES-BENZ. I owned three Mercedes in the past and was bring my E350 to this site for service A and spark plug replacement. Although the service manager was nice to explain that their parts and hourly rate go up due to Covid-19 situation, he charged me $1,900 which includes >$1,500 labor fees. This is ridiculous. He told me the hourly rate is $235. The invoice translates that it took 6 hours+ to complete the maintenance. Are you kidding MB’s royal fan like me? We know how many hours to perform the service A and spark plug change because I had three MBs and knew the cost from dealerships. I would give negative feedback and won’t do any business with them. I will also tell people not to.

The cashier was occupied with some other activity away from her desk even though there was a line of customers waiting to pay. Even after chasing her she wanted to do something other than process the payments. It took me over 30 minutes to pay and retrieve the vehicle. This is totally unacceptable for this class of dealership.

The car has small dent o the driver door, they promised to to fix it and took it in 2 times, but they never fixed it. Both times, I left with nothing done to it.. The service was superior and really exceeded my expectations. Daniel Salinas was my service manager and did an excellent job. It was a situation where squirrels had eaten the main electrical harness under my hood and Daniel helped arrange for the insurance adjuster to come out and quickly resolve the situation by ordering the parts from Germany and installing them promptly. In addition he enabled me to get a courtesy vehicle to help me out during the time I was without my e300. My service experience has always been top-notch at San Jose Mercedes. And I attribute that mostly to Daniel Salinas. He's a true professional and gets things done the right way the first time.

DISHONEST. This place lacks transparency. I bought a 2016 forester that had passed their “precise inspection process,” and came with a warranty. Either they knew it had a leak and did not disclose, or they did not actually do the thorough inspection that they had claimed to do. When I brought it back, they tried to pass it off as a “seepage” which they refused to fix. My independent mechanic assured me it was a leak, not a seepage, and either way it was only going to get worse. The sad thing is, if they had disclosed it, I might have still considered keeping the car because it was a really good price (although it had a lot of rust and needed a lot of maintenance- things I was prepared to accept buying a used car). Unfortunately, I could not do business with them because I lost trust that they would honor their warranty if something else went wrong down the line. I do have to genuinely thank the finance guy though, because if it were not for him leaving such a bad taste in my mouth, I would not have been suspicious enough to leave it at the dealership until I could have my mechanic look at it. Here is why: 1.) He was friendly enough, but also said some things that I perceived as condescending: -He interrupted me several times to say “no, no, you’re wrong.” It seemed like he wanted me to question myself. -I was reading a section of the contract carefully. He acted quite impatient while I was trying to get clarification about a point, and told me several times, “You’re not listening.” He actually just wasn't answering my question. -I am pretty sure either a ‘dear’ or a ‘sweetie’ came out of his mouth 2.) Finally, I kept trying to get what I had agreed upon with the manager in writing, and he did not want to do it. It was 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and the manager was no longer there. The manager agreed to extended the 250 mile money back guarantee to a few more miles, since I live 2.5 hours away and wanted my mechanic at home to take a look at it. At first, he said they were really strict on the 250 miles, and then he insisted it was ok if the manager said so, but would not put it in writing. He kept saying “trust me”, and “you have my word.” Why not just put it writing then?

Buying experience was excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our new Sprinter Cargo Van had a couple of minor issues that we discovered within the first few weeks. The heater was working properly, the connection of the smart phone to the screen wasn't working either. We had to go to get warranty very soon. Once there, service provider didn't seem to know how to treat clients. He wasn't disrespectful but he wasn't courteous either. After having the van for two days (luckily we didn't need the van at the moment), they told us that repair was going to take longer because the part was in Germany and they needed to order it. So they gave us another van to use in the meantime, which was very useful. The van took longer to be ready than we were told. We had to call to find out though. Once ready, we had to find the salesmen, who is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful to receive the appropriate help from the service department. Apparently the service department don't really know the product yet. Oh well, we are only humans right? So, we had to wait for two more hours at the dealership even though they had told us it was ready.

Historically for countless years I bring my car at the Steven Creek branch in San Jose but since I bought my current car from the Tully branch in San Jose I brought my car to them for a B1 service. There is night and day difference in terms of car handling and customer service. My car has an off white color seats and carpet so it requires utmost care to avoid and minimize all kinds of dirt or stain. When I came back to pick up my car the guy who drove it didn?t have car seat and carpet on the driver side covered with paper to serve as a barrier and avoid possible accidental stains during service which is a standard at Stevens Creek branch . I noticed the carpet on the driver side right lower potion of the foot brake had this black stain . When I pointed the stain the guy was defensive and said ?that was not me? and started walking away and didn?t appear he cared. I had to tell him this is unacceptable then he called my representative and representative had it cleaned quickly. When I got home mark stains still were visible from maybe shoes of who handled the car while doing work with the car. The stain is one and accidents do happen considering the almost white color seats and carpet but I simply didn?t feel the top notch customer service at this branch. This branch might benefit from having additional training on the the essence of customer service based on Mercedes Benz standards. Lastly, I am in health care and having a barrier between the car seat and carpet would also be appropriate if we were to consider our health scare situation at present.

The service advisor and his team performed excellant repairs on our C300 by replacing the entire headliner due to bubbling of the rear two corners. We are very happy with the result. A loaner was provided for the three days that our C300 was being worked on. Highly recommended this dealership as we have leased one Smart fortwo in 2013 and purchased a new 2016 MBZ C300 from them.

Just purchased a AMG GLE 63 in August. Noticed the weather strip and frame around it was damaged. Made appointment with service department over 3 weeks ahead and was guaranteed a loaner car. At time of appointment they didn’t have one and no shuttle service either. Had to reschedule, which I did. Waited another week, dropped off car but they only fixed weather strip. The trim around it was wrong color and car has been at dealer for 4 days now. This is what you call bad customer service.

A good mechanic will not take 5 hours to replace unless there were other issues which was not mentioned to me. I received recall follow up notice in September 2020. The recall was for sunroof glass. I had a very good experience with Daniel Salinas for a prior recall, so I contacted MBSJ. I explained clearly to the scheduler, I would need a loaner while this recall work was performed and was told the earliest she could guarantee a loaner was 10/12/20. Arrived on 10/12/20 for the appointment, to an empty service drive thru and met briefly with Daniel who went over and looked at the vehicle, tagged it. When I asked about the loaner, he abruptly informed me there was no loaner. I started to explain and he stated flatly, no loaner. They are all out -first come first serve and then snapped “ you don’t get a loaner for this repair - it’s only an hour” in the process of leaving, my fiancée tried again to explain to Daniel that maybe speaking to staff that schedules and he just brushed him off, which escalated to some choice words from my fiancé. Not appropriate, of course but this is where it landed. Rescheduled service with another MB dealer, it was clearly explained that no loaner would be provided but they would check the car first to see if the recall was applicable. Arrived to a packed service bay, immediately was approached by service personnel and he explained the recall and then stated that initially they did offer service loaners due to clients would need to leave their vehicle and the time to check. Then realizing a good portion of the vehicles did not need the glass replaced - bingo! He checked the glass and replacement was not needed for my car. On my way in less that 10 minutes. So, with that said, I don’t know what MBSJ planned on replacing in that hour they wanted me to sit and wait with my car? It’s clear there is a communication breakdown and customer service issues based on other reviews for this dealership, which may impact the Service Department. I’ve had recalls or service covered with loaners at this dealership before and stellar service from Daniel. However after this experience I will not return for service or purchase.

They wanted to charge me $1100 to drill out a sheared bolt (due to another dealership doing poor service) but assured me that the other dealership "might" pay for it. Made me call the other dealership to get them in touch but were unable to come to an agreement over the course of three days. Poorly secured my DEF tank and charged me $400 for doing nothing I hadn't already done. Also, only go to this dealership if you really enjoy being on hold and having your calls not be returned. Never had a worse experience at a dealership in my life.

If you're car shopping at Mercedes-Benz San Jose, ask for Qaise. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a car from Mercedes-Benz San Jose since I live a few hours away, but Qaise was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car I found online. He was professional, answered all of my questions, had my car delivered to me in a timely manner, and kept me updated throughout the whole car buying process. I didn't even meet Qaise in person and I was extremely happy and satisfied with the customer service I received, that's how awesome he is! I spent about 2 months car shopping and Qaise was the first salesmen that wasn't too pushy, he was always looking out in my best interest. Do not buy cars from Mercedes of San Jose!!!! They have the worst customer service. I bought a used car from them on May 16, 2020. Unfortunately no fault of Mercedes of San Jose, the car was totaled 3 days later. My insurance company is ready to pay out 2 mons ago but can’t since the lienholder has not received the title from DMV because Mercedes of San Jose has not filed the ownership transfer papers. Been trying to contact Mercedes of San Jose, left messages and told them the problem. Absolutely no response or simple call back. I’m in insurance limbo, paying car loans on a totaled car because Mercedes of San Jose did not complete their initial responsibility and can’t be bother to complete their responsibility since the car sale is completed.

As soon as we got in the lot we were welcomed by sales associate (Qaise). He was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for. He made the experience of buying a car fun and exciting while still being informative. We had car shopped for 4 days and this was our best experience we had while looking. Once we decided which vehicle to finance (GLB 250), the finance manager was honest and tried his best to get us a great deal. Our sales associate also helped us set up our apps to manage our payments and up keep of car as well as remote start it with phone. The manager even called us after a few days to make sure how we were enjoying our vehicle and if we had any questions. At the end of the process we were extremely thankful and excited to drive off with our new vehicle!

My service adviser was great and helped me with the warranty item that needed to be replaced on my GLC. I waited for my car since a loaner wouldn't be supplied for this repair. I came in around 7:45am and left close 11am... They also did a quick check on my car and made sure everything was up to date and happy. That being said a few things they need to work on: - Afternoon I drove up and and the person that ask you what you need couldn't find a service adviser for about 10 mins, he kept asking the ones in there office and they all said they were busy until he grabbed the one i am using now coming back from the garage shop. Glad I got this guy. - Car was promised around 10am, but when I walked out my adviser told me it was done being repaired and was off to be vac'd and washed 🙂 he said about 15 to 20 mins and after 30 mins I asked where my car was and he call on the raidio to find out it had been sitting at the car location, so he told them to rush the car and they did, but now my clean windows came back with water left on parts of them which dried with water spots, so I have to clean them again. It's a nice service but wasn't worht the extra 45 mins I had to sit around and wait. - The waiting room was nice, but needs to be setup better for 6' distancing and turn the other TV's on so customers don't group. - I drink Decaf and only the 1 of the 2 machines serves it and the bean bin was empty, in fact many of the whole bean supply bins were low or empty, needs to be stock when customers are coming in at 7:30am - Lasty the hand sanitizer was empty going out the door to the pickup bay Weds night and Thursday day... would have been nice to have some since the waiting area is semi high traffic of course. Just a few things that need improvement... TY

I was really impressed with my last visit to the Mercedes Benz San Jose Service department. Brendan Barth was exceptional and he showed that customer service really matter to him. I got frequent updates to my car and made the experience really easy for me. My only constructive feedback is to make sure that your folks at the cashier and loaner team wear face masks. I was a bit shocked that nobody at that department inside was wearing them and it made me uncomfortable.

The recall issue was dealt with and the wash on the car looked good. The only issue I has was scheduling the repair. I had to call in 3 times as they kept saying someone would call to schedule the work and never did. I get it's covid times but return the call at some point.

I found a preowned GLE43(designo white on black/porcelain interior with PP3) on Autotrader over a week ago and since last week have been trying to contact the salesperson Toufic. With this being a unique unit I had to resort to looking out of state. I wanted to see the CPO papers and if all checked out wire payment and have vehicle shipped to me in Central Florida. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience trying to spend my hard earned money! I don’t know if being an out of state buyer the salesman just didn’t take me seriously or if he was just lazy. He never furnished the information and as of today the unit is sold. I worked for Mercedes for a long time, and my husband currently works for a Mercedes Benz dealer- this experience does not embody what a Mercedes client should expect or accept- I wouldn’t expect this lack of communication at a Honda dealership! I’ve never left a negative review about a dealership in my life because I know how important internet reviews and surveys are and after this I feel compelled to let everyone know how slimey this dealership was! I also tried reaching out to a sales manager last week in an effort to wrap up the deal and never got a call back.

Took our (CPO) E300 to have "Auxiliary Battery Malfunction" addressed. Danny Salinas and Al Ossello took care of everything! We got ourselves a cup of Pete's and strolled the lot. Everyone was very friendly and being cautious about COVID distancing and protection. Danny explained they replaced the Auxiliary battery, corrected the tire pressure, performed multipoint inspection and complimentary wash and vacuum ready to roll.... Thanks Danny and Al. 👍

However, my situation working with my sale representative Sarabjit Singh was extremely bad and I thought I would share it here. We found a car on Cars.com and were working really hard with the sale representative Sarabjit. He made us an offer, but, when we were finally able to reach his cell, he rapidly changed his mind and gave us a random price that was completely different from the one on the Internet. It turns out Sarabjit was working with clients that was also interested. But, when we were to come to an agreement on the pricing again, he told us it was sold. I completely understand that Sarabjit was trying to make the highest commission possible. Nevertheless, this entire back and forth process took an entire week and was exhausting because Sarabjit ignored our calls and email when we try to reach him. We stated that we are in need of car ASAP, but because of how poorly he handled this situation, we have to extend our buying timeline. His tone also changed rapidly and started to be very demeaning after knowing a few clients was interested in the car. Overall, I would try to avoid dealing with representative Sarabjit Singh because he is very unprofessional and lack common curtsy.

Worst service department possible. 0 stars are recommended here. Once again Mercedes-Benz of San Jose disappoints. One would think after 3 times I would learn my lesson, not me, I'm a sucker for punishment. Let me give you some backstory so you can relate to my review. This prior year, 2019, Mercedes-Benz of San Jose performed the campaign Takata Airbag Recall for C-Class vehicles. They did mine. 6 months later I get Airbag Malfunction display in bright red display, and it appeared randomly over the next few months. That's the backstory. Fast forward, I brought my car into Mercedes-Benz of San Jose today to have them fix or repair the new Takata airbags they installed last year and to avoid a disastrous explosion in my face from this Malfunctioning Airbag warning. The customer service advisor, Micah Caplan, explains it will cost me $235 to diagnose what I just told him and if there are further repairs needed there will be additional charges...WTF. How blatantly dense are these guys, I just explained to him that Mercedes of San Jose installed these new Takata Airbags just last year and he wants me to pay for the diagnoses and repair for the shotty work that they did. Pathetic and unprofessional. This is the main reason this place gets such horrible reviews. Inexperienced and lack of real customer service advisors. And to top it all off, after the $235 they didnt fix anything, the airbag Malfunction is still present. Another $235 car wash.

I brought my car in for Service. An was my service agent and he was great (5 stars to him!). He was responsive. I appreciated his customer service. The reason to have my car serviced was because of this funky smell from my A/C, which seems to be a known issue with Mercedes. After being serviced, I unfortunately still smell a hint of that funky smell, but it's much better than what it was before. The facility was super duper clean. Then again, I was the only one there likely due to the time that we're in (COVID-19). Those that helped me check out at Parts were fast, efficient and friendly. On my invoice, it said my car would be washed. Maybe, it's my fault for assuming the windows would be cleaned, but clearly, the passenger side windows were not cleaned. It left a bad impression on me which explains the overall 3 stars. I'm certain it's not busy there. So, not cleaning the windows entirely tells me customer service is not the utmost importance as time is not an issue. To sum it up, I question if just doing enough (or barely) is the standard as I can still smell something funky from my A/C and the car was not what I expected when my invoice says my car was washed.

I was told to leave my car at the thr service driveway and this young person that didnt even told me his name told me to go inside and that someone will be with me shortly. I noticed a GLE whose specs I liked on their website and selected it to set up a meeting. I was promptly contacted by their internet sales manager (Tedi Mansour) and set up an appointment. when I arrived, the car was prepped, ready and waiting for me to test drive. It was immaculate, and I thought it was the perfect car for us. We ended up leasing the vehicle and the entire process was painless and simple. My wife has been taking her car to the Mercedes dealership in San Jose, California on Capital Express Way for the past 2 years for maintenance issues. On 12/4/19, (service # 3838409)the mechanic at the dealership found a nail in one of the tires that caused a slow leak. The service advisor Justice told my wife that she needed a new tire because it was unrepairable. He also mentioned that it would cost around $400 to replace, but she refused to buy it, due to the high cost. And because she did not go along with his suggestion to get a new tire, they let her leave the shop, with the tire pressure only being 18psi. So they were not concerned with her safety. We took the car to a nearby gas station to put air in it. The next day, I took the car to Costco to get a new tire, however, the service advisor at Costco said that the tire was repairable and they fixed it for $15.00. The mechanic and service advisor at the Mercedes dealership are not honest people. They tried to sell my wife something that she did not need and when she refused, they put her life at risk, when she left the shop. Driving on under-inflated tires is dangerous and can cause the tire to overheat, which can lead to tread separation and a nasty accident. Your employees are not ethical.

After many years on the list waiting for parts and cancelled appointment because parts were not available at the last moment, I was finally called in for service. During my service I was informed that not all parts were available after all. It appears that besides the air bag replacement, the SRS unit also needed replacement due to incompatibility with the seat belt . Now i have to make another return appointment to finish the recall service. Why bother to have me come in without all the necessary parts on hand?

I brought our Sprinter van here for service and miscilanious issues. Even though the van is a work van, dirty, and 10 years old I was treated as though it were a brand new vehicle. I purchased a beautiful Honda CR-V from this dealership's used car inventory on September 1, 2018. From my initial contact via email until I drove the car off the lot, my salesperson, Chi (Rex) Luu, and my finance manager, Erick Cahue-Diaz, were attentive, thorough, professional and respectful. They were totally focused on me, not taking calls, not reading or replying to texts while in my presence, and were willing to work with what I wanted out of a car and how to pay for it. Having read so many negative reviews about other car dealers' staff, I was somewhat apprehensive about how the staff at MB of San Jose would approach customers, especially older people, like me. I was so pleasantly surprised. They took the time. The deal was completed. I went home a happy and pleased customer. Well done, gentlemen! Who knows? Maybe my next purchase will be a Mercedes from MB of SJ with your help! One never knows.

BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I got a speaker problem for my C250 coupe. I could hear some pretty obvious static sound when i play music. I first bring it to Stevens Creek. And people there said i might have a sensitive ear, and they're not able to hear any problem. I even considered making a doctor appointment to see if there's something wrong with my ears. And then i invited some friends to hear it, and everyone hears that. From this point i know there must be something wrong with the speaker. I then bring my car to MB of San Jose. To be honest, i didn't have any expectation on that. And i went there during a weekend, after 5:00pm, so the service department is closed already. But still, people from the sales department helped me a lot, get into the car, and hear the speaker problem with me. And of course, they hear that as well. So after setting up the appointment some days later, people from sales also helped me to contact the service department, to tell them what he heard, so that service people would have a better idea when i drop off my car later. At the day of the appointment, people from service did hear the problem and order a new speaker for me, and replace the old one, and it fix the problem. One more thing i like about this dealer is: I went to stevens creek twice, each time they said they're able to fix the car by the end of the day. And then they send me to work with Uber. But each time, around 4:00 pm of that day, they call me and tell me they're going to keep the car for more days. And they don't mentioned anything about the courtesy vehicle, or uber during these periods....But at MB of San Jose, they ask if you need a courtesy vehicle, and they don't want to keep your car over night so that your routine driving won't be disturb. To sum up, everyone here, including sales and service, they're very friendly and helpful. And the queue is always shorter than the one at stevens creek. I would come here for service only for the rest of my days, adios stevens creek.^^

Service Rep for my older sedan, Danny Salinas, listened, was attentive to issues with the MBZ and followed through as agreed, with phone call updates. Diagnosis was done correctly, and problem with suspension was fixed. Danny Salinas focused on customer, me, and the car. Yes, it was expensive; MBZ dealerships are, as are factory spec. parts. I would recommend Mr. Salinas and service dep't based on this and other, similar excellent service experiences with my Sprinter, with Service Rep. Bill Beller. Mr. Beller also has gone out of the way to make sure service needs and any problems are addressed. I don't expect miracles, but I expect attention to customers' concerns. They don’t care about customers. I waited 3 hours to get into the Finance Office. Some of that time could have been spent going over my new vehicle, but no. When I finally got out, the salesman helped me link my phone and that was it. The wash job was equally as bad. The entire middle of the roof was still covered with dust. I thought Mercedes Benz was the best or nothing…maybe it should just be nothing. Then it broke down on my way home. Power steering hose came off, had to wait around so it could be towed back. I asked them to clean all the power steering fluid off. They told me they didn’t have a power washer and would do the best they could. Apparently, their best was to leave puddles of caustic power steering fluid under the hood, along with a greasy rag. I guess they wanted it to catch fire, too. It would be nice to feel appreciated for sticking with Mercedes. In the past few years I have bought a Metris, 170 wheelbase high roof Sprinter, 2014 E350, and this one, a 2018 4x4 Sprinter. This was my first experience with Mercedes-Benz San Jose on Capitol Expressway. For future purchases, I will only go to Fletcher Jones in Fremont where the quality of care from the time of purchase to any services I’ve had has been outstanding.

Pathetic Service from Mercedes Benz San Jose. Avoid buying a car from this dealership leave alone servicing your Benz. I was subjected to a lousy service on both occasions in 2017 and 2018. He always has a uninterested look on his face and never explains anything and is always not bothered on what I had to say. The loaner department is even worse than the service department. I waited about 45 mins to get a loaner and the they said with an angry face that we dont have any loaners and will get you to enterprise for a car. I wait for another 45 mins at Enterprise for an approval from Benz loaner Manager. My service advisor said he called me several times about picking my car but I never got any calls. He lies all the times. I had referred two of my cousins get GLE's from your dealership but will not recommend any one going forward. Enjoy your lousy way of treating the customers.

Once agreed, I came into the dealership and confirmed the lease terms and test drove the car with the Lease Manager. This included verifying VIN of the car against the lease quote. I arranged to pick up the car the following day, so that it could be prepped and I could arrange for drop off. The next day, I was informed that the lease did not apply to the agreed to car. I had to spend 3 hours renegotiating the lease to get the car. After I drove it home, I noticed the pressure was about 10psi low on all tires. When I reported this to Sales the following day, instead of an apology, I received a lecture on effects of cold weather on tire pressure. I next noticed that the car had problems with delayed charging. Over the next several months I made many attempts to get help in resolving the problem and was passed back and forth between Sales, Product Concierge, and Service. I was told multiple conflicting stories and in the end the problem was neither fixed nor explained. I sent two emails to the General Manager requesting help in resolving the problem, and both were ignored.

I got a new battery and an oil change and it cost almost $600 ($580). and on top of that they fired all their shuttle drivers and I was taken home in an Uber they provided. I liked them much better when they were Beschoff. Sadly I will be looking for another service option.

One unhappy customer. My advisor was unprofessional as compared to the previous advisors that handled my concerns. An initial charge of $205.00 in addition to all repair work to be done is too much just to hook up my car into your dianostic computer. I have three areas that I would like to get fixed that day but I was told that I would be paying a total of more than $600.00 to have the mechanic double check my concerns. Well, maybe I'm spoiled a little -- or, maybe I'm spoiled BECAUSE I'm spoiled a lot by the great service at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose (and have been for a long time now! Which makes it a pattern of spoiled-ness). I've been a customer here for several years (a dozen years?) since before it was AutoNation-owned. But, fortunately, for most of these years I've had the same Service Advisor, Mike Widergren... and even the same salesman (who, sadly is not there any longer). But I've been thru 4 vehicles these last dozen years... and I've had nothing short of great experiences in that entire dozen. It's a luxury line -- so if you're complaining about nickels and dimes, you're already in the wrong place, the wrong car. M-B of SJ has always been about top-shelf service and attention. And when you are treated like you belong in a quality vehicle such as these, with respect and attention... well, that's pretty priceless. 12 years, no complaints, happy exchanges, consistent satisfaction = Happy Customer.

Ive dropped my leased car, that went pretty fast as I have had done my inspection and etc prior to drop day. In case you guys didn't know, if you drop the car but not jump in the new one, Mercedes charges you $650, when I asked what is that, they couldn't explain it to me, but I figured it out on my own. So, no issues here either. Now, we get to the interesting part, I have asked them to quote me a very basic c300 for 24 month with 10K miles. Few minutes later they came back with numbers, based on the numbers, I think I was get a quote for S class. I showed them an estimate I got from another dealership which is half of what they are asking, counteroffer came back but, the numbers were still pretty high. If, we take a simple math, they are asking me to pay more than half of the car price, on the short term lease with low milage. Last night, I got few more estimates from different dealerships, all of them came in at least $150 cheaper on the monthly payment.

I've purchased several cars over the years and have always dreaded the long drawn out experience. I have to say, the service I received from Mercedes of San Jose was amazing. Our sales rep, Mike, was friendly and accommodating. At no time did my wife and I feel rushed or pressured. Their One Price offering was surprisingly reasonable and cut out the need for annoying back and forth offers. What usually would take half the day, the whole buying experience lasted only a few hours. Every person we felt with from the dealership were friendly and professional. Highly recommend visiting this dealership when looking for a new car.

Just purchased a 2015 C-300 from Mercedes Benz of San Jose. I was impressed with the customer service from Jearond. The car was a birthday gift for my wife and he made it as special as I could ever want. I didn't get a hard sales pitch which I appreciated. In all honesty it has been a unique and extremely satisfying experience to lease our SLK350; around the end of January 2016 from Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, California, to join our Family 'Fleet'. One of our Internet savvy family member did comprehensive research on Internet for the car of our choice including a few phone calls and e-messages exchanged with Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, by one evening. I was looking for a lease return with specific features. They had one that we inquired about and we came to an agreement on price over email, then we realized we had sent the inquiry in on the wrong VIN and turned out the car we actually wanted was sold. They had another car with the same features that had just come in on a lease return but not been certified yet.. We took a look in the dark and it looked ok. After it went through the CPO process we came back to pick it up and were not happy with the condition it was in. The mileage was high and it was a little beat up. They found us another car that week and had it shipped to their dealership and got it certified. We went to pick it up and it was great. Car buying can be a really bad experience but things went well here and we were happy with the whole process. They also gave us a fair price on our trade. We much prefer settling on the price over email and just needing to do paperwork in person. While we were waiting on the car we ended up buying, we continued to look online at other dealerships for a car with the features we wanted. We found one at a dealership about 150 miles away, for about 20% more $$. We feel like we were treated very fairly here and paid a fair price for a great car,

I contacted M-B San Jose on Saturday and made an appointment to visit their office the next day. The sales rep, Marco Mora, was very courteous, professional and knew his products well. After a short test drive, he helped me select a new GLA250 which meets my needs better than one I had originally selected myself. The price was better than other dealers I had talked to. There was no high pressure sales and no drawn-out price negotiation. The rest of the people involved from Finance to Concierge were all very courteous, patient and professional. I drove home in a new GLA250 after spending less than 4 hours at the dealership, including time for them to prep my car. It was a very pleasant experience.

I live in Portland, OR and purchased a used car from them down in california. we had many back and forth calls and finally settled on a price. it was a little troublesome getting the details hashed out to do an out of state purchase and i was a little upset that i couldnt drive the car home without paying the california state tax but thats no big deal at all. they were very honest and up front with all their policies and were EXTREMELY helpfull and honest about the details on the car and even pointed out all the minor paint defects. they did send a notary to my work address to handle all the paperwork and it went very smoothly. Vinnie Do, the salesman i worked with, was extremely helpful and patient and went the extra mile to work with me. When I received the car it was in exact condition as described. I love it and have 0 complaints.
