I had a vehicle emergency late Friday and the entire service department really helped out. From the person who first answered the phone to the service advisors (Anthony on Friday and Joshua on Saturday), they cared about getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Great service team!!

I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of San Jose. A safety issue arose and the Service Manager, Scott Fuller, took care of it in a timely fashion and kept me informed of progress. Sam was the employee who worked on my car and he did a great job!

I had a great experience getting a small problem fixed. Originally talked to Jose on the phone and when I came in he got it fixed quickly while I waited. My car was under warranty so it went quite smoothly.

First time visiting MB of San Jose for my CLS53 for a recall service. I waited out for a while until David Truong came to help. He was very communicative, answered all my questions what i had in mind and also every time there is a changes in the progress he sent me a text. I had recall service and fixed appointment for 7:40 AM. I reach dealership at 7:35AM and am told the associate assigned to me comes around 8 AM to 8:15 AM (really ?). I decided to drop off the car by filling a form. I asked for shuttle for ride back to home, I am told that service starts after 10 AM. Around 8:30 AM I get call if I would like to wash, vacuum car and it is $1 (token money). Around 4:15 PM , I get call my car is ready. I reach dealership , it takes another 30-35 minutes to get the car . I asked the person what it took so long and his reply was in line for washing (why the heck you call me and tell me it is ready). When I took the delivery of the car, it was washed from outside but no vacuum . The whole experience was pretty bad.

I came in to have my Service A done on my 2020 GLB on 5/26/23. My advisor (David) was beneficial in providing me with the info on the service & told me that the car also needed an SW update. After an hour, he texted with an update & that no other service(s) was required. After the service was done, he notified me of the time frame to have my car picked up. He made the visit very satisfying & easy for me. I am glad to have him as my advisor because he is very knowledgeable.

I got pretty fast response on my recall service. The service was done quickly and the service manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall it was a very satisfying service experience.

I met with a service tech and he explained in detail the diagnosis of the issue and what needed to be replaced or fixed. Camshafts were nearly shot, timing chain was stretched and the timing chain guide needed replacing. I was told 2 weeks for the repairs to be completed and it was fixed within that time frame and added a wash/detailing as a bonus. It sounded fantastic and didn't clatter when turning over but however it was extremely pricey, alittle over 10k. Overall, I'm satisfied with the repairs and would recommend this dealership.

Brought RV in for Emission mod which went OK although the work took a few days to get done (waiting for part). Nice lobby including refreshments/snacks. Service person led me to the MB settlement website which I should be getting something. All in all a good experience.

I have been dealing with a nightmare since I purchased my vehicle from this location. I bought a brand new EQS in December and have since moved cross country. During my move, my car broke down 3 separate times. After a long battle with Mercedes they have approved to buy my vehicle back but the only delay I have is the fact that this dealership is not returning any of my messages to discuss the final details of the buyback. It seems like they are all very nice but the minute something goes wrong, they forget who you are. I have received better customer service from the dealership in El Paso, Memphis and Asheville (none of which I purchased the vehicle from) than I have from my purchasing dealership. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they did help me obtain my plates and mailed it to me but I certainly would never in good conscience recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here. Terrible customer service, they will dodge your calls if you have issues and once they have your money they no longer care to provide good customer service. Do yourself the favor of going to a different dealership.

David Truong is a scam artist and I’m sure their whole service team. Why would you charge a customer a diagnostic fee for a NEW car under warranty? That doesn’t make any sense.

This is my first time to get my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose. Jose Plasencia is a great Service Advisor. Because I was waiting there when my car was in service, Jose came to inform me the status periodically and kept me updated all the way to the completion. I am completely satisfied with the service there!

This is the WORST Mercedes Dealership I have ever used. The staff didn't care to show me an S Class I was interested in, only telling me to go find it myself on the lot and come to them if I wanted to buy. I purchased my car at Steven's Creek instead (100% better staff) Since I lived nearby, I decided to do service from this San Jose Mercedes dealership. Again, super disappointed at their service. They actually CHARGED me to wash my car after service! This should be a courtesy service that ALL dealerships offer and even after that, the vehicle was dirty!! Please do NOT go to this dealership for ANYTHING. You will leave with a sour taste in your mouth. Mercedes has definitely gone downhill from what they used to be. So sad to see this happening.

The service department is the GOLD STANDARD of service departments. Daniel Salinas should give a masterclass to all other service advisors in the auto industry on customer service. Not only is he extremely professional and friendly, he kept me in the loop on all the work that was performed on my vehicle, with everything done on time and with expertise. The moment I arrived at the service bay David the greeter was friendly, professional and helpful. Cely the cashier was fantastic, and a huge shout out to the detailer Randy, who did such a tremendous job on my vehicle that I literally did not recognize it and actually asked someone where my car was when it was brought to me. He did such a magnificent job I literally did not recognize my vehicle. Bravo to an outstanding service team

Appt for service B was 1:20 pm… I did not get by vehicle back till next day around 2pm . Overall good experience.

I bought my leased car from MB of San Jose and my experience was smooth and very good. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Ngo and Solmaz Asli. Joseph (Joe) is one of the nicest salesperson I’ve met. He was not at all pushy, very patient, polite and thorough. He walked me through the entire process multiple times and explained all the details. He answered all the questions patiently and took care of the process of getting my car certified pre owned. Test drove EQB 250 SUV and liked it, but they sold 7 seaters every where for this model and wont be able to get it in the next few months. This vehicle is made in Hungary not made in Germany. Cant get this car within in April month to get tax credit. Sigh...

We bought a sprinter from Neo at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose. He is very patient and explain to us many tech details about the vehicle. It is a really nice experience to work with him.

Bought my car here a few months ago and took it for first service appointment (door related issues). On a Saturday morning, there was no cashier and only a skeletal crew who weren’t trained to do some of the tasks to support customers. Amidst all of it, there was no manager to help or address growing customer line and complaints. When they called me after a few days to notify that car service was done, the job wasn’t inspected throughly, door was misaligned and car wasn’t washed (despite the service rep taking my consent earlier for “complementary wash”). It’s a very poorly manager dealership and service, avoid if you can. I am surprised that a Mercedes dealership is this bad

After I changed my job and I decided to bring my car to Mercedes-Benz of San Jose for the yearly maintenance and a few recalls. I must say it was a pleasant experience. My advisor David Truong was exceptional. He listened to my concerns when I dropped off my car and he was very responsive via text for the entire time my car was with the dealership. Worth to mention also is the receptionist, Celine. She was friendsly. Another perk I love was the car wash with shiny tires.

Update: April 12th No one picks up the phone that was provided on the Google review response. We are going to report the dealership to BBB and DMV. We picked up a Mercedes Benz through my wife's employee lease program. The entire paperwork was done and MB of San Jose had to complete only the DMV documents. 3 months later, we still don't have a registration and have followed up 5 times with the showroom. No one picks up the phone or responds to emails, so we have come in person to follow-up. Will never pick up a car from them ever again.

Replacement of the center box cover hasn't been done after 2 weeks.

Dropped off my Sprinter RV at 10:20 a.m. and got a inspection and oil change. Didn't get out of there until 6:00 pm. Not very happy with the service call this time.

I worked mostly with Jose Plasencia-Arellano. He communicated well and worked with me to decide what work needed to be done and what could wait. All employees were friendly and helpful. My wait times were nominal.

I have been doing Maintenance for my GLC300 here for three years. Since my Maintenance package was used up, I tried to call service department to learn more about new maintenance package in the past few weeks. However, every time the service representative transfers me to financial department or advisors, nobody ever answer the phone. So today I told the service representative about it and politely asked her shall I make an appointment or anything to speak to someone, she hanged up on me. I called again, my call was hanged up again. I don’t know why I am treated like this. And I also contacted the San Jose dealer online regarding the maintenance package. An agent called me immediately, but once he knew I’m trying to buy maintenance package instead of a car, he said he need to asked his manager for me. Then, he hanged up with no one word. If a customer who owns Mercedes Benz is not interested in buy a new car, he or she will not get respect in here at all.

I have been going to Mercedes Capitol in San Jose for years, and their service department is great. In particular Daniel Silva has always provided a great experience. You are greeted as soon as you drive up to the service area and the repair or service is always performed promptly. The facility is very nice and the the morning coffee they provide is an added bonus.

I bought a GL 550 nine days ago. The car doesn’t start and is completely dead. I called 4 times asking to speak to the original salesman and manager. They weren’t available. I left messages but no response. Lovely …ingly used car people !! Recommend to STAY AWAY. UPDATE… I picked the GL550 on 2/20/23. The starter battery went dead on 3/1. I changed the battery and found about 1.5” of water in the battery compartment located underneath the passenger seat (go figure !). I checked the auxiliary battery and found another inch of water in the spare wheel well. Everything underneath the spare tire is soaking wet. I can’t figure out where the water came from. This thing is becoming a nightmare 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

I am reviewing this dealership’s service and parts department. I went there today to get a wheel lock key (which I had lost). This was a very simple ask as it happens all the time. Anthony, the service consultant, tried to charge me $275 just to unlock and the parts guy tried to sell me the whole new kit for another $100. I was shocked at this as there was nothing to it. All they had to do was just match my lock and give me a new key. However, I felt Anthony’s behavior was a bit unprofessional and rude too and he almost got me into spending $400. Parts guy was not very competent either. He was supposed to have master key kit and all he had to do was to go to my car to match the right key and give me a new key. Anyways, this whole interaction sounded fishy to me so I walked out. I went to another Mercedes dealership who helped me in 5 mins and gave a new lock key for $57. Bingo! I recall dealing with Anthony in the past too and he gave me outrageous quote at that time too. I think there is an element of dishonesty at this dealership. I wont be going there again. There are other Mercedes dealerships in San Jose and Fremont which are much more professional and “honest”. After all if you are buying a Mercedes, you at least deserve a good and honest service. Beware of Mercedes at Capitol Expressway.

I had excellent experience leasing my EQE 350 4matic from San Jose capital express Mercedes-Benz dealership. Sales manager Kevin was excellent in making sure I was well addressed to all my questions and concerns. He made sure all the features were well explained to me and made his team demonstrate the detail test tour of all the advanced features the vehicle is capable of. I have moved across the Bay Area for work reasons multiple times, and have visited plenty of dealerships to work on my E-Class Mercedes when appropriate service was required. Living in the South Bay now, I took my car into Mercedes of San Jose, and have to say that my visit to their service center was the best experience in multiple dealerships that I have visited since I have owned my car. The facilities are extremely modern, but for me it was the customer service that won me over as a loyal customer. My service technician Jose Arellano was extremely knowledgeable and his interpersonal skills dealing with customers is what really won me over, he was always courteous and in a positive mood even as I asked several times to re-explain what service had to be done. Every time I would call, he would always answer and was very pro active in telling me the status of service and when it would be completed. The service went really well and my car drove like it just rolled out of the dealership as the technicians there really know what they are doing! There are plenty of Mercedes dealerships in San Jose but if you want excellent customer service that will treat you like an important customer then visit Mercedes of San Jose.

Went to receive a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for a used Mercedes-Benz vehicle I was interested in purchasing from a different dealership in the Bay Area. The service advisor Anthony Lorenzo was super helpful in walking me through what would be looked at during the inspection, and looked into the vehicle's VMI (Vehicle Master Inquiry) records to see whether or not the previous owner had performed proper maintenance. Mr. Lorenzo had his service technicians complete the PPI in a very reasonable three hours, and the results were highly informative during my decision making process as to whether or not to ultimately purchase the used car. I had a signed agreement to purchase a new vehicle and worked directly with the Sales Manager Sean Shah. I was available to pick up the car the next day (Thursday) but they told me to come Friday to pick up the car. I was in communication with them on Thursday confirming payment information and delivery details. I travelled over 7 hours, got a hotel and coordinated with them to pick up the vehicle first thing Friday morning. Late Thursday another sales agent (Neo Pasha) removed the "sold" sign and was somehow able to get manager sign-off to sell the vehicle. I showed up Friday morning to take delivery of the vehicle and they told me it was gone. I can't believe an Autonation / Mercedes-Benz dealership would allow this to happen. While they say they are trying to find a replacement vehicle, there are currently none with the specific characteristics available and might have to wait 6+ months to order from the factory. These types of deceptive practices give dealerships a bad name.

I Hope #Mercedes and #DMV should find out the mental health of this driver - the way he’s driving, changing lanes only to irritate the drivers behind. He’s afraid to let anyone pass, not sure why. And I was surprised that there was no police on duty during the rush hour. Alhamdulillah I turned on the right blinker before the I-680S ramp which made him took a sharp turn towards right. And I was free of such psychos. I’d have been afraid if he had taken the North ramp. So please #Meecedes and #DMV help this man who’s suffering from severe mental illness!

Went to look at a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio they had advertised on their website. During the test drive, the car had multiple error messages on the dash relating to the land keep assist, auto high beam and front camera not working. Salesperson said they would fix it no problem as they are part of Autonation! Great I said! Turns out all they can do is make an appointment for me to the nearest Alfa dealer, and any fix is on my dime. Run, don't walk away from this dealer..

My wife and I had to take our 2018 C-class 300 Sedan to a Mercedes dealership for maintenance in San Jose as we just relocated from Los Angeles. Our service technician Jose Arellano was very courteous upon arrival and explained the process very throughly as we don’t know very much about cars. We didn’t know how we would fair at a new dealership but Jose’s support and knowledge of our vehicle along with giving us a detailed report of what would be done was done in such a professional manner. Jose’s attitude was very positive as he is very friendly as he went above and beyond and even provided his cell phone number just in case we had any questions or concerns. Our visit to Mercedes of San Jose was 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for a new service location. When we received our car back it looks very much like the day that we purchased it and we are extremely happy with the service that we received and will return for any issue on our vehicle.

We recently had our RV (chassis) serviced at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose. By far the most influential aspect of the service experience is the service advisor you are assigned. We were lucky enough to get Joshua Delgado. With the large number of transactions service centers need to process, I was prepared to be treated with haste and as yet another customer that needed to be "processed". But from the moment Joshua approached me, to the moment he offered me his personal cell phone number so I could stay in touch with him, to the moment he genuinely thanked me for working with him to get our RV serviced, I felt like I mattered and that the service that Mercedes was performing on our RV mattered to HIM. The service was performed on time and within expected budget. But the icing on the cake was Joshua. If all service businesses were staffed with Joshuas, we'd all look forward to these experiences instead of seeing them as something akin to going to the dentist (sorry dentists!).

They are quick with scheduling and servicing. The staff is cordial. However, recommend that they do the cleaning of the car better. My car was not cleaned well, and I had to send it back. Given the cost of servicing is so high, this is one bit they should take care of. Rest all good.

They provide AutoNation multi-point inspection report when buying used car but do go through it and check everything before buying because things that should work as per the report did not work for me but I only realized that after taking the car home. At this point the Sales manager Emad and Sean are not longer interested in fixing anything. They said its a used car and things are just wear and tear but hey your inspection report says it should work! So take their report with a grain of salt and check everything yourself. Also the Honda car they sold me has A135 service due which costs between $300-500. I think they do offer 5 day return policy which I signed at time of purchase but they did not provide a copy of it with the purchase contract so make sure to ask for it when you sign the finance docs.

I can’t say enough good things about MBSJ and their staff. I appreciate their organization when you drive in and there’s someone there to help you to your advisor and communication when the advisors are helping other customers. Even when picking up a courtesy vehicle, the process was simple and they were quick to get you on your way. My advisor was Christopher Hitchcock. While the part that was needed for the recall was backordered, he was still communicating with me on the status of that part and when it came into their shop. I had another issue that the technician had found once that recall was done and Christopher had advised me of how the warranty policy on the recall could help save money. Great service, kind staff.

We visited this dealership recently and had a very lovely experience. From initial greeting, to showing the vehicle, test drive, and the entire process of paper work, and completing all the formalities were nicely taken care off. They explained everything at each stage, and walked us through the process. Staff here does care about the people who visit here to look and buy cars and show genuine care. Alvin helped us with vehicle as the sales person, and the Store manager Kevin both were super helpful. Qaise helped us with paperwork, payment and other aspects, and was very nice to work with as well.

Service and customer service were great. Time to complete was a little slow due to not enough tecnicians at the time.

My wife and I were looking to trade in are C-class for a GLC but we’re have issues finding one with all the features we wanted. Luckily Mercedes-Benz of San Jose had what we were looking for. Muhammad was are sales agent and I can‘t say enough about our experience with him and his colleagues. I already had a vehicle in mind showing up but Muhammad was sure to show me all their inventory that matched what I was looking for to make sure we were certain before making a decision. Muhammad was quick to answer all of our questions as well he made sure to find out the correct answers to anything he was unsure of, was very careful not to give wrong information. Which I really appreciated. We ended up trading in my C-class that night even though we were not prepared for the trade as we still had our dash camera wired in as well as some aftermarket upgrades I was wanting to keep. Everyone was more than accommodating and very understanding as they let me know they would have one of their technicians remove anything I needed as long as I had the original OEM parts to replace the aftermarket equipment. They worked with my schedule as it was about 5 days later till I could drive back to San Jose. I was able to communicate with Muhammad my schedule and they made sure to work around me, even after the sale they went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. Has not been my experience after the sale has been completed for the sales team or the sales manager to continue to accommodate their customers needs. It’s hard to find great service like I experienced here. I highly recommend you talk to Muhammad at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose if your looking to purchase a vehicle. We live 3 hours away but will be purchasing from here again. Night and day difference from my purchase of my C-class at Mercedes-Benz Belmont.

I had an absolute great experience with Will. I went to the Mercedes of San Francisco and they wouldn't even acknowledge me and my bf. When I came to San Jose Will was the first one to come speak to us as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. We didn't buy the day of and he still was keeping us updated on the Inventory weeks after of being at the dealership. I don't normally post reviews but for his consistency and constant follow ups I felt like it was much needed. I normally hated going to dealerships because of the sales people but he definitely changed my perspective.

Purchased 2020 S560 Certified Pre Owned. During car prep prior to driving home the Carpets were removed and not replaced. Have tried repeatedly to get this issue resolved. I received All Weather Mats that were part of the transaction, but Parts Department will not send the original carpet mats. Feels like dealership does not care much what happens post sale. Any one purchasing from this dealership should keep that in mind. Update - Kevin, Sales Manager, is addressing the issue and the carpet mats are being sent. I will update my rating to 5 stars since this was my major issue.

The person that served us was very nice but I think he could improve in the knowledge about the car and sharing this with us. As an example we liked a car and we were ready to buy, but when we checked the online page that evening, we saw exactly the same car (same model, same colour inside and outside, very similar features, a bit more mileages) at a cheaper price. When we asked about the difference between the 2 cars, we didn't get a clean answer. I didn't like the way there are so many hidden costs. There was a lot added to the cost displayed. As well, the person doing the finances, was trying to sell us more service packages and insurances. Overall a good experience, that can be improved. Customer service and the facilities are good, but the buying process is painful. We went over 3 times in 3 different days and on the first day we were there for 5-6 hours waiting ... not sure for what as the process for me wasn't transparent.

I was blown away by the excellent level of customer care the service department demonstrated in my particular situation. I pulled in unannounced on a Friday afternoon expecting little yet hoping for much needed help. David listened and asked me to wait a minute or two then came right back and said Anthony could possibly help me. Anthony Lorenzo stepped up and took such great care and I was out of there in less than an hour! Impeccable example of problem solving and customer service. I am sure it helped that I treat folks nice and don’t expect much these days yet all too often customers simply get blown off when they bring a square peg/round hole issue to the fore and ask for help. Expensive and ineffective. They were not able to figure out the problem after 5 hours of diagnosis and potential $275 fee. The problem with the trunk lock never got resolved and I left though not charged. Later I went to a locksmith who just showed me how to use the key properly for free. The experts at the dealership did not know how their own car’s trunk mechanism.

Easy to find appointment at my preferred date for recall service. Service manager Jose is courteous and friendly. The work was done promptly and the vehicle was returned clean and washed. The waiting facility is decent and has the basic amenities that you expect.

Mercedes Benz of SJ is a great place to take your car for any kind of repair/ issue. I got my car from the MB of Stevens Creek and I was so disappointed with the Sales Rep and his unavailability to provide any assistance / respond to queries after the purchase. I was so annoyed and never went back. Later I had to get some repair works done and my tire pressure constantly kept dropping and that's when I reached out to David Truong from San Jose, he came across as an excellent advisor. He also helped get my tire pressure corrected and assisted in getting the trunk opener repaired. He did it with ease and a smile. MB of SJ also gave my car a wash and tires a shine after the repair work, which was an amazing complimentary service to provide to a new customer. Thank you David and team for reinstating customer service levels.

Great example of bad dealership. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve been calling and texting them about a specific car for two weeks. Mohammed from the sales team kept telling me that the car is not ready because their tech was working on it “changing filters”. Finally, after two weeks he told me that the car would be ready on Friday. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning to see it. On Friday evening he texted me that the car had been sold. I’ve been constantly following up with him, and he didn’t even bother to tell me that there’s another person interested. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

I was very pleased with the service I got for my car. My adviser was David Truong. He is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Based on the description of the issues I provided, he was able to pinpoint issue right away. The work was completed quickly and sufficiently as promised.

The Director of the service department should invest some time money and effort in customer service training! If you want a business professional that provides a decent customer experience please stay away from this location. He is rude and uncaring and certainly doesn’t know how to represent the Mercedes brand. When trying to explain a very humiliating experience I had with the roadside assistance, the least I was expecting was a genuine apology on behalf of The Mercedes brand, and instead I got”oh that’s not us, that’s roadside assistance with Mercedes Corp! When I asked how I can get in touch with then to place a complaint, he said he did not have the number and his employee standing in the same office said “oh you can find their number online”! Apparently there is NO brand loyalty at this location!

I went to Mercedes Benz of San Jose for my yearly maintenance service. My service advisor was Joshua Delgado. He is a nice guy. Josh found the issue on my tires due to the misaligned front shaft. After the service, I can feel the difference while I am driving. He answered all my questions about the maintenance report but also pricing. He thoughtfully explained all the details from the report, every single item. I already set up the appointment for the next maintenance under his name. I highly recommend him.

Very easy process. Answered all my questions and even got me 3 oil changes.

Had to bring my car in for a recall. If they had to touch the oil cooler parts. Why did I have to pay for the replacement of the parts. And what makes it worse they damaged my Mandrus Rim and Emblem with acid and scratch my chrome.

I have been to many Mercedes Benz service departments. But I can assure you this is the worst managed place i have been to. To get one tire changed i had to wait almost six hours. I asked for a loaner i was told we don't have any. I asked for a shuttle ride sorry don't have it now. I asked to Lyft ride like other Mercedes dealers do. Sorry we don't. Don't waist your time or money at this service department.

It’s a YES, because not many work on SPRINTERS. but NOT impressed. Brought in for RECALL service. They had me for one month out. Assured me it would be done in a few hours. Josh was wonderful, but I had to beg to get it done “while I waited”. Mechanic! Ugh 😣. Stuck “campaign sticker” Willy-nilly on air box. MISSED an existing small power steering hose leak. (I saw it as I changed my tranny fluid- saved $950). If you’re handy- YT is your friend. But Steven’s Creek Benz is… WORSE!.!. FYI: In 50 yrs of a variety of DEALERS, I’ve yet to be impressed with ANY of them- so there. 🤷‍♂️Toyota, BMW, Dodge, Honda… I find them overpriced, incompetent (the good mechanics leave), clueless, rude and there to SELL CARS..not service them. My advice. Find a good LOCAL mechanic. Warranties are still VALID for service preformed by them. Happy trails. 🌈 {Ps. I would NEVER have posted to FB, I intended to review directly to them but… was NOT given that Option. Hahaha }.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2022 GLS 450 here recently. My sales guy, Emad was fantastic. Not only was he knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive but he wasn’t pushy in the least. It took me two visits and a couple of days to pull the trigger and I never once felt pressured or rushed. I unfortunately did not have the same experience at other Dealerships even other Merceds ones while figuring out which car would be best for me. It was an "A" service with windshield wiper replacement and tire pressure fix. Niether of these were fixed. Left multiple messages but no returned call. After second adjustment, tire pressure gauge still shows different pressures with a warning light.

Hi I did purchase a car there. Like all car dealerships they always want to tack other items on your bill. I truly do not like that. I do like my use car hopefully this car will last awhile. I don’t care to go into car dealership anytime soon.

I showed up for an oil change, only to find out I needed a service that would take all day! I had no ride and no keys to get in the house. I was not happy.

I had taken the car in March for recall repairs and they were unable to finish because did not have all the parts so after 3 months approx. I got a call to take the car . I got a loaner which was great because the repairs took a week. They told me about an oil leak but I was not worried cause the car had been to the mechanic the week prior for an oil change so I told them to not fix and only do the recall repairs. I was told to pick up the car round 430 and arrived at 5 and proceeded to wait until 545 til they located my car because was still being washed which was a nice gesture on the part of the dealership.

Service is terrible make customer waiting too long even know already have an appointment and they called to pick up the car not ready to pick up caused some confusion with the cashier lady. She does not know where is my car done or not the paper not turn in. She ask me to look around to find service adviser but my service adviser already when home. I am very disappointed and never come back.

Brought car (GL550) in for 2 recalls services, and 3 issues (auxiliary battery malfunction, AC and left brake light not working). The recall services were done as promised. It was recommended to purchase auxiliary battery online and self-replaced it. AC and brake light were recommended to replace the whole units on both (which I declined, wanting 2nd opinion since repairs will cost several thousands). On way home, additional warning light shows low tire pressure on 3 tires at 28-29psi - way under the 35-42 recommended, and one tire pressure sensor not working. Something fishy is going on.

Customer Service is always excellent here. You know you can trust the service and Luis? (aka Danny Salinas) recommendations. Unlike other places, they know exactly what they are doing and will not try to make you pay for more than you have to. I highly recommend the service of this dealership! Professional, on top of their game, and courteous. Danny Salinas and his team do quality work, which is an outstanding value.

Efficient, speedy, clean facilities, excellent coffee machines in the lobby, the people are really considerate and willing to go that extra mile. My car had some small issues and they charged accordingly. Excellent job once more.

We were looking for an all-electric car for driving in town. Found a great deal for a Nissan Leaf at the Mercedes dealer. Told them we would buy it for cash. 3 days later when we came to pick it up it was not ready to go. We feel because the profit was not much for them on a used car the service for us was just not there. Vinny is a great salesman, but the company was lacking in prepping the car after the sale.

My van side door was not operating. They didn?t give up until they found and fixed the problem. This dealership has been great servicing my Metris and the Sprinter I used to have. Highly recommend

I have problems after taking regular services. It did not have any problem before he services. I cannot drive during weekend at all. I am waiting the customer service to contact me.

When I called to make the reservation, I mentioned I need shuttle after dropped my car. I was told 7:40AM is available then I took the slot. However after I came for the service, I was told the shuttle starts at 8:30AM so I have to wait in lobby. I will choose another time if I was informed so.

Buying a car at this dealership was a pleasant experience. There was no hard selling rather a healthy discussion on the merits of our choices. The pro and cons were discussed and our sales agent, Mr. Jesus Flores- Anaya, was very knowledgeable on all products of Mercedes Benz. Once we have made our choice, he facilitated the paperwork and it was a breeze. I would surely come back to this dealership if and when I need to buy a second car.

Emad has been pretty helpful and responsive on answering all my questions, showing me around on different display cars, introducing me every detail and make sure I fully understand on my new car (e.g. walk me through how to use self driving mode). The new car has some minor issues, the button to open back trunk on the side door is not functioning well (requested for a new part in service department already), and self parking function doesn't work. But overall is good experience.

Excellent service by Craig and Fred. Both explained the condition and the nature of the issue is a term that is easy to understand. Taking care overnight and thoroughly inspecting the issues, and making sure that the concerning areas are inspected.

However, one thing that disappointed me was how dirty the floor bed was left. I had to go back in and ask for a small whisk broom to clean my Airstream. Bill did come out and cleaned for me. The Airstream dealer in Morgan Hill had detailed my Interstate 19 two days before.

This review is for Jesse Flores, sales person I worked with at MB of San Jose I recently bought a GLC 300 from MB of San Jose, worked with Jesse Flores. He was absolutely great to work with, very nice to talk to, very helpful, follows-up but doesnt constantly call you (like some other dealerships sales folks). He made my experience buying the vehicle a great one. On the day of the purchase, I told him when I would be coming in, he made sure the vehicle was ready washed and gased up and parked upfront. Once the purchase was complete, he spent time with me going over all the features and even gave me a new USB-C cable to hook up my iphone. This was all done with a smiling face all the time. I would recommend reaching out to him if ever you're in the market for a Mercedes Benz. The finance person, Solma was also very nice, She was not pushy or overbearing and gave me a good price on the ext warranty.

I noticed the exhaust doesn't smoke well, so I would like to make an appoinment in Mercedes-Benz dealers. Some of them have a long appointment waitlist, but Mercedes-Benz of San Jose can make it one week later. So I choose this dealer. The service was nice. After handing over the key, I had a great rest in the guest rest area. It was pretty quite and NOT crowd, so I could work from there. BTW, the coffee machine was great (absolutely free drink)! Finally I was told the exhaust worked well and the little smell might be due to the V8 engine. Also, zero fee.

I had a wonderful experience from the sales department to the finance department. I would recommend this dealership.

I arrived at 8am at my scheduled time and the car was taken for the oil change shortly, and I spoke to my advisor about what was needed. Two and a half hours later I decided to check the status of my car since I had no word. I was told all my tires needed replaced (two had been replaced 2-3 years ago) and the check of the AC unit I requested was going to take longer. I was given an approximate finish time of 3pm. I was never offered a loaner car at all so I was stuck walking circles around a car dealership for the day. The only businesses close were a grocery store and a few restaurants. At 1:45 I was told by a Tech that my Advisor had an emergency and had to leave so he was taking over my service, and he would go get a status on my car. He disappeared and 45 minutes later I had to grab someone else to demand a status. By 4pm my car still wasn't done, and no one was telling me anything, and so I walked outside to find my car sitting there locked up. My Tech disappeared altogether and had actually left the dealership apparently. I had to track down my own car key and my own bill. There were things I asked to have checked not on my bill and my bill showed charges I was never told about. I had Hydrogen in my old tires so my old tires had the green lug nuts to represent that. All four BRAND NEW tires have the green lug nuts on them but there was never any discussion of putting Hydrogen in my new tires and nothing on my service bill to indicate why my brand new tires were filled with Hydrogen. Do they or don't they have Hydrogen in them?? If they do then why?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Over 8 hours stuck at a dealership with terrible customer care, and over $2200 later is a terrible experience. I doubt I'll go back.
